Q: How do I get an account so that I can login?
A: If your company already has access, contact your LMC Administrator and have him/her set up an account for you. If your company does not yet have access, contact the Port Customer Service Center.

Q: I don't remember my username, how do I get my username?
A: Your username is your email address.

Q: I don't remember my password, what do I do?
A: Click on the Forgot Password link. You will then enter your e-mail address and a temporary password will be e-mailed to you.

Q: Can I use the same account for more than one Company?
A: No, an account can be assigned to only one Company, if you administer multiple Companies, you'll need a unique e-mail address for each.
